ETV survey – Is e-Learning contributing to access to learning?

The European Training Village (ETV) has just launched this new online survey, that is the first of 6 thematic surveys to be carried out during 2005 and 2006 as part of the HELIOS (Horizontal E-Learning Integrated Observation System) project.

In collaboration with the European Commission HELIOS aims to establish and consolidate a sustainable observation platform able to dynamically monitor the progress of e-Learning in Europe vis-à-vis policy objectives and to forecast future scenarios of e-Learning evolution.

By completing this short survey you will be making a significant contribution to the understanding and measurement of the current situation of this particular area of e-Learning in Europe.

To complete the survey please follow the hyperlink below. The survey is live until the end of March 2005 in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian. A summary of the main results will be published on the ETV web site in May 2005.
